Newport Beach Local Favorites
The 31 Chapters home is located on the beautiful peninsula of Newport Beach, CA. The perfect place to experience the waves of the beach and the boats of the bay within footsteps of each other. It is tucked into one of the most quaint beach neighborhoods, making one feel as if they have stepped back in time to Mayberry. Having spent so much time in Newport Beach we thought it would be fun to share with you some of our local favorites.
If you know me, you know that I love coffee. Herst Coffee located in Lido Marina Village is a must stop. Serving specialty coffee that is smooth, rich and full of flavor. If that is not enough, the pastries in the morning are delicious. You can grab a seat outside or at a picnic bench in Lido Marina Village. Enjoy the beach air while sipping your morning cup of gold.
Sanchos Tacos & Grill
Nothing fancy but worth a million bucks. Tacos are a must when you are in Newport and we love Sanchos. The perfect lunch or dinner to grab and go. Two of our favorites, the Surf and Turf Tacos to the Yard Bird Tacos are absolutely delicious…there is something about that chubby sauce. So ride your beach cruiser to Sanchos, take a blanket to the beach and make it a taco and sunset kind of night.
Lido Marina Village
If you love shopping, coffee, good food and cute streets… you will love Lido Marina Village. The brick lined roads of Lido along with the black and white building architecture makes this tucked away spot dreamy. You can stroll through the boutique shops, stop for something to eat and then spend some time walking the boat lined dock. It’s the perfect “girls lunch out” spot with plenty of photo opportunities. It is also as a great date night location under the market light lit street.
This storybook lane is located in the Peninsula Point neighborhood of Newport Beach. Darling beach houses with beautifully manicured yards line the beginning of the picture perfect Belvue Lane. Take an afternoon stroll down this quaint street made for pedestrians only before getting the sand in your toes at the nearby beach.
